Lessons From the Top-Selling Ignition Integrators of 2025

System integrators play an irreplaceable role in the Ignition community, using powerful technology to craft scalable, real-world solutions across many industries. Each year, we recognize the integrators whose work achieves excellence in innovation, customer impact, and sales.
For 2025, we’re spotlighting the year’s 10 top Ignition-selling integrators and sharing their insights directly. We asked these leaders about their biggest wins of the year and what advice they’d offer other integrators. Their responses highlight the importance of scalable architectures, customer understanding, long-term partnerships, and much more.

Integrator of the Year: Flexware Innovation
Flexware earned the top spot in 2025 by continuing to deliver enterprise-scale Ignition systems while staying deeply focused on repeatability, customer outcomes, and long-term value. “Our team is honored to be named Top-Selling Integrator of the Year,” said Anthony Sebastian, VP of Strategic Initiatives at Flexware. “In 2025, we made significant progress in delivering enterprise-scale Ignition systems across multiple industries.”
Sebastian noted that Flexware expanded its work with large, multi-site manufacturers who needed standardized supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and manufacturing execution system (MES) solutions that could scale quickly and reliably. “Our SparkMES and SparkSCADA quick-start offerings played an important role when they were a good fit, while still allowing us to deliver custom solutions when needed,” Sebastian said.
“For aspiring integrators,” Sebastian added, “our advice is to build repeatable architectures and focus on solutions that can be rolled out across multiple lines and locations, because that’s where real long-term value comes from.” He emphasized that technical scalability alone isn’t enough, explaining that “just as important is understanding what the customer is trying to accomplish in their business and shaping solutions around those needs. When technology supports real operational goals, integrators stop being just suppliers and start becoming true partners.”
That focus on relationships and responsiveness was echoed by Dwayne Butcher, Director of Marketing at Flexware, who highlighted the strong demand Flexware saw from all types of customers in 2025.
“Earning the top-selling integrator recognition means a great deal to us because it reflects the strong demand we saw from both new and existing customers,” Butcher said. He noted increased momentum in food & beverage and life sciences, calling it “exciting to support customers in those rapidly evolving markets.” Butcher also credited Flexware’s engagement within the Ignition community as a driver of growth. “Much of our success came from building relationships within the Ignition community, being present at ICC, and responding quickly to market needs,” he said.
Butcher's advice to other integrators focuses “on listening, solving meaningful industry challenges, and building partnerships that extend beyond any single engagement. This approach consistently leads to stronger customer relationships and sustained sales growth.”

Second Place: Hanley Energy
For Hanley Energy, “one of our biggest wins was delivering EPMS solutions for a range of data center clients with highly bespoke architectures,” said Controls Engineering Manager Eoin Rigney. “We supported projects from the initial design specification all the way through to a fully deployed Ignition-based EPMS platform.”
Rigney explained that Ignition played a critical role in enabling Hanley Energy to model complex systems, adapt to custom requirements, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions that are aligned precisely with each client’s operational needs.
When asked what advice he’d offer other Ignition integrators, Rigney emphasized execution quality and customer focus. “Our advice to other Ignition integrators is to focus relentlessly on attention to detail,” he said. “That commitment to quality is what helped us get where we are. Take pride in your work, design with intention, and most importantly, listen closely to what the customer is asking for. When you combine strong technical execution with genuine customer understanding, the results speak for themselves.”

Third Place: Vertech
Vertech claimed third place in 2025 following a standout year marked by rapid growth, high-profile partnerships, and industry recognition.
Vertech President Titus Crabb emphasized the strength of the company’s long-standing partnership with Inductive Automation. “We’re grateful for our partnership with Inductive Automation,” Crabb said. He praised the continued evolution of the platform and the broader Ignition ecosystem, adding, “Thank you for all the work that went into 8.3, for throwing a world-class conference in 2025, and for being an organization with clear values and care for delivering real value. We’re blessed to be able to attach our reputation to yours and look forward to many more years of doing great things together.”
“2025 was a momentous year for us,” said Wendy Brodeur, Marketing Manager at Vertech. The company doubled its revenue, partnered with several Fortune 100 companies, and earned the title of Control Engineering’s 2026 System Integrator of the Year. Brodeur noted that Ignition played a central role in those achievements. “We turn to it because its open architecture bridges the gap between the plant floor and the C-suite without the usual licensing headaches,” she said. Paired with Vertech’s new Momentum Method, that flexibility has enabled the team to “ship high-value work faster than ever,” helping customers better understand what’s possible within their operations.
When asked what advice Vertech would offer other Ignition integrators, Brodeur pointed to both mindset and execution. “Lean into what makes Ignition different and have fun with it,” she said. She encouraged integrators to invest in their teams, stay active in the community, and “obsess over the end user.” According to Brodeur, the most successful integrators push beyond “this is how it’s always been done,” raise the bar on user experience, and anticipate what customers truly need. “When you pair high standards with creative freedom,” she said, “you end up delivering solutions that truly transform how people work.”

Fourth Place: ATS Global
ATS Global is a Premier Integrator that specializes in such industries as aerospace, automotive, data centers, food & beverage, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and more. The international company is known as one of the world’s leading enterprise integrators of Ignition SCADA solutions.
In a 2021 podcast interview, Rob Valent from ATS Global praised Ignition’s ability to handle an “enormous amount of data where other SCADA systems still struggle” and praised IA’s industry-leading support. He also offered the advice that engineers use the time “in between projects” to take free training courses on Inductive University towards earning their Ignition credential and Core Certification.

Fifth Place: RoviSys
RoviSys secured fifth place, following a year of strong growth across multiple industries. “RoviSys has seen rapid growth and major wins across nearly every sector, but those that pull ahead of the pack include Data Center, Power & Energy, EV/Automotive, and Semiconductor,” said Danny Dylong, Director of Discrete Manufacturing at RoviSys.
Dylong explained that Ignition has been a key enabler in supporting customers at every stage of deployment. “Leveraging Ignition enables RoviSys to design and develop robust solutions that scale seamlessly from pilot projects to multi-site deployments,” he said. He described Ignition as a “Swiss army knife” for digital operations, noting that its breadth eliminates the need for additional external tools to meet customer requirements.
That flexibility has allowed RoviSys to support customers’ expansion across regions and industries. “RoviSys will continue to leverage the Ignition platform and suite of software offerings as we support our customers’ growth around the globe,” said Dylong.
